StFun.com is a freelance market and community site. Our purpose is to bring art directors/project managers and the creative talent together. 

Terms of Use

When you ("You" or "User") use this Internet web site (or any co-branded versions of our web site) ("Site"), You agree to the following terms and conditions (the "Use Agreement"). StFun.com ("SF" or "We") may revise these terms from time to time, at our sole discretion, by updating this posting. Unless otherwise provided below, the revised terms will take effect when they are posted. BY CONTINUING TO USE THE SITE, YOU ARE INDICATING YOUR AGREEMENT TO THE TERMS OF THIS USE AGREEMENT AND ALL REVISIONS THEREOF.

Your Information

You must always keep your username and password at a safe place. Any action that is taken by someone who enters the account admin with your username and password is assumed to be final and by You.

User Obligations

You must agree NOT to:-

- Post or Transmit any content that you do NOT have any rights to.
- Post logos or slogans from other parties trying to act as THEM.
- Give away your email or Website address on your profile ( see suspended accounts below )

Payment Option

We enable buyers to safely transmit payment for the services they received from the chosen service provider. We hold the right to change the commission structure on transactions between both parties. By giving away your email or website address to other party in the middle of a Project Deal in return of not paying the commissions, you are putting your self in the position of being suspended without notice.

Please remember, If you deposit an amount to a Freelancer without a project being completed. SF can not be held responsible if the Freelancer never finishes the project on time. If they are a Verified Freelancer we can investigate the problem a lot clearer.

Relationships with Buyers or Freelancers

Any of your correspondence with either Buyers or Freelancers as far as project development is concerned is your own responsibility. You agree not to hold SF liable for any loss or damage in result of your dealings directly with the programmers.

The Penalties

Without limiting OUR other remedies, We may issue a warning, or temporarily suspend your account, in the case
(a) if You breach any terms and conditions of this Use Agreement or the agreements incorporated herein by reference, including our written policies and procedures posted on the Site; (b) if the information provided by you is fake or unauthenticated in any way; or (c) if We believe that your actions may cause legal liability for You, our users or for SF. Violations of this Use Agreement will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and may result in additional penalties and sanctions.

Suspended Accounts

If we have seen any kind of activity that tells us that you have been cheating the site referral system and getting yourself "fake money" by signing up with multiple emails, we will terminate your account, and purge all payments made payable to you. If any member of SF is noticed posting URL or their personal email (apart from the signing up page), the user will first receive a warning, followed by termination of account, again having their earnings purged. We believe not only our commission are fair for the services we offer, they are what makes it possible that we provide you better service, and more work. So by cheating the commission system, you are not only making it hard for yourself as our member, but make it hard for others as well who are playing fair.
